Gin

Gin is a neutral spirit redistilled with botanicals, and juniper always leads — the berry that gives gin its piney signature. Beyond that, each producer's botanical mix sets the character, from the citrus-and-spice of a classic London Dry to softer, floral contemporary styles. Most gin is unaged, which keeps it crisp.
