HENDRICKS GIN

Hendrick's is distilled in Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland, at a facility Master Distiller Lesley Gracie calls the Gin Palace. Each small 500-liter batch runs through two stills simultaneously: an antique 1860 Bennett copper pot still for richness and depth, and a rare 1948 Carter-Head still for a lighter, more delicate lift. The two distillates are blended, then infused with rose petal and cucumber — additions made after distillation, not during. The result is floral and cooling, with juniper in the background, a soft citrus mid-palate, and a clean, dry finish.
