Collection: Alsace

Alsace, on France's border with Germany, is unusual for labeling its wines by grape rather than by place. The region specializes in aromatic whites — dry, perfumed, and built around four noble grapes — grown on a patchwork of soils along the eastern slopes of the Vosges mountains. Many growers farm organically or biodynamically.

Our Alsace wines include:

  • Riesling — dry, mineral, and age-worthy
  • Pinot Gris — richer, with stone-fruit weight
  • Gewurztraminer — floral and exotically spiced
  • Pinot Blanc and Cremant d'Alsace — everyday whites and sparkling

Among France's best white-wine values, Alsace offers clarity and aromatic intensity, and our selection spans crisp aperitif bottles through Grand Cru sites.
