Juniper macerates in the apple distillate overnight, then 10 additional botanicals — coriander, star anise, cardamom, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, and elderflower — are vapor-infused during distillation through a hybrid pot-and-column still. The apple base delivers a lush, silky texture that frames the lighter botanical load. Aromatics of candied grapefruit peel, juniper, coriander, green cardamom, and elderflower lead to a palate of honeysuckle, lychee, cinnamon, and dialed-back juniper.
