WITHERS ENGLISH HILL PINOT NOIR 2021

Founded by collector Andrew Tow with Anthill Farms co-founder David Low as winemaker, The Withers sources this Pinot Noir from the 8.5-acre English Hill Vineyard near Occidental on the Sonoma Coast, where Goldridge and sandy loam soils at 652 feet elevation face constant Pacific winds and marine fog. The vineyards are farmed responsibly with minimal ecological impact. Whole-cluster fermentation and limited oak allow the site to show through clearly—red cherry and dried cranberry layered with cardamom, forest floor, and a floral lift of rose petal, all carried by bright acidity and fine, dusty tannins.
