In the summer of 2018, legendary distiller Dave Pickerell set out to create the ultimate Rye Whiskey for cocktails, using a 100% rye mashbill to achieve full-flavored spice. The result is a whiskey aged at least six years and bottled at 96.56 proof, featuring notes of cinnamon and citrus. Tasting notes describe it as powerfully spicy, with flavors of cocoa, cardamom, and cured leather.
