VOCORET CHABLIS LES CLOS GRAND CRU 2020

Winemakers from father to son: near the town of Auxerre, Chablis is halfway between Dijon and Paris. The Vocoret family has been cultivating the vines for four generations. A vineyard located on the clay-limestone hillsides, which now has some fifty hectares where are carefully picked the most famous Chablis wines. In the cellar, the wine making has remained traditional and the bottling is made solely on the property. The nose is fruity, with notes of candied fruit, pistachio, honey, and lightly toasted nougat. Rich and round, with hints of acacia honey and citrus. It has the ability to age well over the years. Excellent with seafood, such as salmon or turbot. Also pairs well with white meats in creamy sauces, or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.
