Winemakers from father to son: near the town of Auxerre, Chablis is halfway between Dijon and Paris. The Vocoret family has been cultivating the vines for four generations. A vineyard located on the clay-limestone hillsides, which now has some fifty hectares where are carefully picked the most famous Chablis wines. In the cellar, the wine making has remained traditional and the bottling is made solely on the property. This wine boasts a distinctive nose filled with aromas of beeswax. On the palate, it displays great finesse with delicate white flower notes. Full-bodied flavors linger on the tongue, offering a long-lasting and intense experience. This well-rounded wine pairs beautifully with a variety of refined dishes, from foie gras and lobster to white meats with creamy sauces, and even complements both raw and cooked fish.
