Most bottled Manhattans lean on bourbon — Via Carota's goes with four-year rye, Italian sweet vermouth, and a blend of bitters, staying truer to the cocktail's pre-Prohibition roots. The line was launched in February 2023 by West Village restaurateurs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi, James Beard Award–winning chefs who built Via Carota's cocktail program around balance and minimal sugar. Each 375ml glass bottle holds four to six servings, ready to pour over ice. Dark red fruit and vanilla on the nose, rye spice and burnt orange on the palate, with a long finish of cinnamon, tobacco, and cherry.
