James Beard Award winners Jody Williams and Rita Sodi built Via Carota into one of New York's most reliably excellent restaurants before bottling their cocktail program. This premixed Espresso Martini combines six-times distilled vodka with real espresso — no shortcuts — and adds yucca to produce a proper foam when shaken. Bottled at 19% ABV in a 375ml format, it opens on chocolate, toffee, and dark fruit, with a silky mid-palate of chicory and cherry, and a smooth finish with lingering espresso.
