A 3-to-1 vodka-to-vermouth ratio keeps this ready-to-drink martini on the approachable, balanced side — closer to aperitivo weight than bone-dry classic. At 18% ABV, it arrives pre-diluted and pre-chilled: pour cold into a chilled glass, skip the stirring. Chefs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi of West Village institution Via Carota spent two years developing the six-cocktail lineup, distilling a decade of bar service from Via Carota and Bar Pisellino into bottled form. The nose leads with citrus peel and cracked peppercorn; the palate brings lemon and honeysuckle from the vermouth, finishing dry and bright. Garnish with green olives or a lemon twist.
