TITO'S VODKA

Austin, Texas was home to no legal distillery until Tito Beveridge secured the permits that made his operation the first in the state, breaking ground on 12 acres in rural Southeast Austin in the late 1990s. Built on a 100% yellow corn mash — rather than the wheat or potato base most vodkas rely on — the spirit is naturally gluten-free. It's distilled six times in old-fashioned pot stills, then filtered through activated carbon to strip congeners and residual off-notes. The result is clean and mellow on the nose with faint sweet corn, a velvety mid-palate, gentle white pepper warmth, and a smooth, lightly lingering finish.
