TESSERON COMPOSITION

Four generations of the Tesseron family have run one of Cognac's most storied négociant operations, with cellars housed in a 13th-century church crypt in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente. Composition blends Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard sourced from the Grande and Petite Champagne districts — all three traditional Cognac grapes in a single bottling. Aging takes place in loose-grained Limousin oak barrels kept in humid cellars, which slows oxidation and retains aromatic complexity. The result delivers quince and ripe orchard fruit upfront, with a round, smooth finish.
