Bénédicte and Luc Briand built Terra Vita Vinum around certified biodynamic farming in Anjou Noir, avoiding chemical inputs in favor of natural preparations and mechanical soil work. Their "Terre de 3" draws Chenin Blanc from three hand-harvested plots sitting on green-grey schist and rhyolite soils — volcanic geology that pushes mineral tension into the wine. Nine months on the lees add texture and weight before bottling. The result opens with fresh orchard fruit and delicate floral notes, a saline mid-palate, and a long finish driven by mineral grip.
