TALISKER THE DISTILLERS EDITION

Talisker has distilled on the Isle of Skye since 1830, using wooden worm tub condensers that retain heavier, oilier spirit character. The Distiller's Edition takes the standard single malt — already aged in American and European oak — and finishes it in Amoroso sherry casks, a sweeter, oxidative sherry style that layers dried fig, dates, and sea salt over the distillery's core smoke and seaweed brine. Black pepper arrives upfront, the mid-palate is rich and fruit-forward, and the finish settles into peat smoke and dark cocoa.
