High-altitude vineyards in Mendoza's Valle de Uco, where volcanic soils and significant day-to-night temperature swings slow ripening and lock in natural acidity, produce the fruit at the core of this Malbec. Susana Balbo, one of Argentina's first female winemakers and a longtime champion of the region, draws from top barrel selections across her production for the Signature tier. The wine opens with dark plum, blackberry, and violet, moves through a mid-palate of cocoa and tobacco, and finishes with polished tannins and a hint of spice.
