SUMMER DREAMS PINOT NOIR 'STARGAZING' 2023

Raspberry, cherry, and violet lead, layered with white pepper, sarsaparilla, and lightly toasted oak on a clean, vibrant finish — a profile shaped by Goldridge sandy loam soils and cool Pacific marine air at 900–1,900 feet elevation across Vulcan Ridge, Summer Dreams Wine Estate, and Annapolis vineyard sites on the Sonoma Coast. Jayson Woodbridge, founder of Hundred Acre, created this project to capture what those high-altitude sites deliver. The 2023 growing season provided even canopy development and extended hang time. Fermented as 100% destemmed whole berries in puncheons and open-top fermenters, then aged in 100% new French oak.
