Sonoma-Loeb has been farming these sites since founder John L. Loeb Jr. planted his first vines in 1973, and winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus — UC Davis-trained, with years at Chappellet — has overseen production since 1990. The wine is certified kosher. Blackberry, black cherry, and cassis lead on the nose with cedar and spice; the palate shows smooth tannins and a polished finish.
