That makes this Signatory Vintage release a genuine rarity: a single bourbon barrel (cask #800011), distilled May 14, 2008, bottled July 30, 2015 at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered with natural color. Seven years in American oak pulls classic Speyside character forward — pear, apple blossom, and vanilla on the nose, then creamy butterscotch, green apple, and light grassy malt through the finish.
