The soft water drawn from springs near Millbuies Loch and extended fermentation times produce a spirit known for floral precision and lifted fruit character. Signatory Vintage selected this single charred wine hogshead (cask #301558), distilled February 8, 2010 and bottled June 7, 2021 at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered with natural color. The wine cask maturation steers this 11-year-old away from the typical bourbon-barrel Linkwood profile, adding dried stone fruit, baking spice, and a hint of red berry on the nose, while the palate delivers honeyed malt, stewed plum, and polished oak with a lingering, gently tannic finish.
