The blend runs 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Merlot, fermented in open-top steel tanks, then aged 10 months in French and American oak with 20% new wood. Sustainably farmed and certified vegan, it delivers blackberry and plum up front, with roasted coffee, mocha, and a black pepper finish.
