SANTI PINOT GRIGIO 2023

Most Veneto Pinot Grigio comes from the flat plains — Santi's Sortesele draws from the Valdadige DOC, a high-altitude corridor carved by the Adige River through limestone, sand, and clay soils that run along the valley floor toward the Dolomites. Founded in Illasi in 1843 by Carlo Santi, the winery sits near Lake Garda and sources grapes from estate vineyards and long-standing grower relationships. After harvest, grapes are sorted and fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then aged briefly in steel before light filtration and bottling. Pear, apricot, and white flowers on the nose; ripe stone fruit on the palate with clean acidity and a mineral, savory finish.
