SANRENSEI NAMAZUME GENSHU JUNMAI GINJYO

Shiga Prefecture's rice-growing region supplies Yamadanishiki — one of the most prized sake rice varieties in Japan — to Mifuku Brewery, whose Sanrensei line was launched to mark a century of brewing across three generations. This junmai ginjo is a namazume genshu, meaning it underwent single pasteurization and was bottled undiluted, preserving a fuller, more direct character than standard releases. The result opens with green apple, steamed rice, and faint strawberry blossom, then moves to a clean, dry palate with herbal and spicy finish.
