ROEDERER ESTATE BRUT ROSE

Pale salmon in the glass, this Anderson Valley sparkler builds from 56% Pinot Noir and 44% Chardonnay grown entirely on Roederer Estate's own vineyards in California's coolest coastal appellation. Winemaker Arnaud Weyrich folds in 10–15% oak-aged reserve wine plus a few percent of macerated Pinot Noir for color, then bottles it in the traditional method for a fine, persistent bead. Fresh strawberry and bright citrus lead the nose, with brioche and pastry crust filling in on a full, round palate. Dry, smooth, and built for the table.
