Founded in 2003 in the rocky soils of the Benjamin region of the Judean Hills, Psagot Winery ages its wines in a barrel cellar housed in an ancient cave discovered during the winery's establishment, where constant temperatures support steady maturation. This Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz blend is sourced from vineyards at 900 meters elevation in the northern mountains of Israel, a region with documented winemaking history stretching back thousands of years. Blackberry, milk chocolate, and spicy vanilla lead the nose; the palate is lush and peppery with soft tannins and a velvety finish. Certified kosher and mevushal.
