PIERRE SPARR CREMANT D'ALSACE ROSE

Nine generations deep, Maison Pierre Sparr has been producing wine in Alsace since 1680, making it one of the region's longest-running family houses. This Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is built entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from hillside vineyards between 200 and 400 meters elevation, where cooler temperatures and well-drained soils preserve acidity and structure. Made via traditional method, it pours a pale salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles. Strawberry and raspberry lead the nose, while the palate adds peach and lively acidity, finishing clean and dry.
