PIEDRA AZUL REPOSADO

Los Altos, the highland agave-growing zone in Jalisco's central plateau, produces Blue Weber agave at elevations that slow maturation and concentrate natural sugars — and it's from these fields that Piedra Azul sources its fruit. Distilled at La Madrileña, a distillery founded in 1911 in Tototlan, the reposado rests four months in oak, building vanilla and light caramel over the agave's base character. It finishes clean with crisp citrus, making it as functional in cocktails as it is sippable neat.
