OCHO TEQUILA REPOSADO

Tequila Ocho is a single-estate producer built around the idea that agave, like wine grapes, reflects where it grows. The Reposado is rested for 8 weeks and 8 days in mature ex-American whiskey barrels — short enough that wood stays a supporting character rather than the lead. No additives are used at any stage. The result leans heavily on the agave itself: bright cooked agave up front, sweet spice and cinnamon mid-palate, a whisper of vanilla, and a long, creamy finish.
