Nonino crafts L'Aperitivo BotanicalDrink by infusing botanicals dried at low temperature to preserve fragrances and colors, creating 100% vegetal aperitif at 21% ABV ennobled by ÙE Grape Distillate Fragolino Monovitigno from estate vineyards. Fresh, fruity, and citrus-forward, this Italian aperitivo comes from the family distillery operating five artisanal batch steam stills since 1952, where the Noninos personally oversee primary product purchase and each distillation phase. The unique operation maintains 1,855 small aging barrels in various woods—Nevers, Limousin, Grésigne oak, ex-Sherry casks, acacia, wild cherry, and pear—respecting true craftsmanship traditions and rhythms to guarantee maximum quality in their inimitable distillates.
