NIKKA WHISKEY DAYS

Masataka Taketsuru built Nikka Whisky after studying distillation in Scotland, and that Scottish influence runs through Nikka Days, a blended Japanese whisky that combines mellow grain whiskies with lightly peated malts from Nikka's Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries. Yoichi sits on Hokkaido's rocky northwest coast under a cold, maritime climate; Miyagikyo draws from mist-filled mountain valleys in Miyagi Prefecture. The blend delivers floral aromatics upfront, followed by orchard fruit and a notably silky texture, finishing clean with mild sweetness and no hard edge. Designed for highballs and casual pours equally.
