Founded in Paris in 1822, Maison Nicolas built its name supplying wine to French households before expanding into its own label. This 2023 Pinot Noir comes from Pays d'Oc in Languedoc-Roussillon, where limestone plateaus and clay soils give the grape structure and a southerly warmth that pushes ripe fruit forward. Made in a medium-bodied style, it delivers red cherry, fresh strawberry, and light earthy notes, with soft tannins and a clean finish that keeps it easy-drinking and versatile at the table.
