M&R DRY

Martini & Rossi Extra Dry launched on New Year's Day 1900, making it one of the longest-running dry vermouths in continuous production. Made in Italy, it's built around Florentine orris root — harvested after three years of growth, sun-dried, and pressed to release violet-scented, tart aromatic oils. The result is a pale, crisp vermouth with sharp citrus aromas, a hint of raspberry, and a dry, clean finish that holds up in a classic Martini or a simple vermouth and tonic.
