MARTINI & ROSSI BIANCO VERMOUTH

Martini & Rossi has produced vermouth at their Pessione facility outside Turin since 1863, and the Bianco — launched in 1910 and nicknamed 'Bianchissimo' — remains one of their most distinctive styles. It's built on a Trebbiano white wine base, fortified with neutral grape spirit to 15% ABV, then aromatized with botanicals sourced from the Italian Alps, including vanilla flower, citrus peel, and artemisia varieties grown locally in Piedmont. Botanicals are processed via both maceration and copper pot still distillation before blending. The result is pale gold, lightly sweet, and floral — vanilla and lemon lead, with baked apple, a touch of honey, and cinnamon spice mid-palate, finishing with gentle herbal bitterness.
