Luca Bosio Vineyards emerged in 1967 when Egidio and Angela established their Langhe winery, now spanning 60 acres across Santo Stefano Belbo, Castiglione Tinella, and Mango under third-generation winemaker Luca Bosio's direction, processing grapes from 1,000 acres annually throughout Piedmont's Langa, Monferrato, and Roero zones. This Barbaresco "Boschi dei Signori" showcases Nebbiolo grown in calcareous marl soils typical of Barbaresco's hillside vineyards, aged in oak to develop its garnet color and 14% alcohol structure. The nose delivers sweet tobacco, leather, spice, chocolate, and toast alongside floral notes characteristic of young Nebbiolo, while the palate presents blackberry jam richness balanced by substantial but smooth tannins that complement the wine's intense aromatics and robust structure.
