LOVEBLOCK SAUVIGNON BLANC 2023

Erica and Kim Crawford founded Loveblock after selling their namesake brand in 2009, purchasing a Marlborough block where they could realize their commitment to sustainable, terroir-driven winemaking using organic and low-impact farming principles. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc at 13% ABV ferments with no added sulfites, certified organic and vegan, showing pineapple, guava, and sweet meadow grass aromatics in pale straw color with green and gold hints. Rounded, textured palate delivers tropical fruit, sweet basil edge, and ripe peach backed by chalky minerality and complexity—Kim's winemaking expertise and Erica's viticultural knowledge combine to showcase what they call "naked terroir" in this passion project heralding their return to New Zealand wine after nine years away from the industry.
