The regional AOC pulls in vineyards defined by a continental climate — cold winters, warm summers, and harvest-time temperature swings that hold acidity intact. Raised in tank rather than oak, it leans toward freshness: red cherry, pomegranate, and a hint of dried herb on the nose, with a supple mid-palate and a clean, mineral-edged finish.
