Tenmile Distillery in Wassaic sources that barley from local Hudson Valley farmers, works with Hudson Valley Malt to process it, and ferments for seven days with specialized yeast before distilling in custom-designed stills under Master Distiller Shane Fraser. The result delivers honey, vanilla, and cinnamon from oak contact, with banana, tropical fruit, and a light nutty finish.
