LEDAIG SCOTCH 10 YEAR OLD ISLE OF MULL

Tobermory is Isle of Mull's distillery — but Ledaig is its peated alter ego, a split identity unusual among Scottish island producers. The malt draws Atlantic maritime influence from Mull's coastal position, with sea spray and salt air shaping maturation in the warehouse. Aged 10 years and bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill-filtration, it delivers briny, medicinal smoke on the nose alongside creosote and antiseptic notes. The palate brings dried fruit, spicy pepper, and rolling peat smoke, while the finish extends through white pepper, licorice, cloves, and a clean coastal saltiness.
