JACK DANIELS OLD NO 7 WHISKEY

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is produced at the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, the only distillery operating in a dry county in the state. Before barreling, the new make is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal — the Lincoln County Process that legally distinguishes Tennessee Whiskey from bourbon. It then matures in new charred American white oak barrels at 80 proof. The result is soft and approachable: vanilla and caramel upfront, brown sugar and toasted oak through the mid-palate, and a clean, lightly smoky finish.
