Orkney sits at the meeting point of the North Sea and the Atlantic, a sub-arctic archipelago where heather moorland and maritime winds define what grows — and what gets smoked. Highland Park has distilled there since 1798, and the 12 Year Old is aged exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which deliver the whisky's signature weight and color. On the nose: heather honey and dried fruit with a thread of aromatic peat. The palate adds winter spices and Seville orange before a gentle, lingering smoke finish.
