In late 2018, GALLO executive Britt West was tasked with getting a spirit-based hard seltzer to market by Memorial Day 2019 — and rather than build from scratch, the team repurposed a brand name already in testing for an 80-proof corn vodka. That decision became High Noon. The vodka base is distilled five times from Midwestern corn, then blended with real passionfruit juice, natural flavors, and sparkling water. Each 12 oz can clocks in at 4.5% ABV, 100 calories, no added sugar, and is gluten-free. Light tropical aroma, sweet-tangy passionfruit on the palate, clean carbonation, and a short, crisp finish with no alcohol aftertaste.
