Five distillations separate High Noon's corn vodka from the fermented sugar bases that power most of the hard seltzer category — a production choice that gives each can a cleaner, smoother backbone. Made by E. & J. Gallo Winery and launched in 2019, the brand uses Midwest-grown corn as its base grain. The grapefruit version blends that five-times-distilled vodka with real grapefruit juice and sparkling water, no added sugar, at 4.5% ABV. It pours with a bright citrus nose, tart pink grapefruit on the palate, and a dry, clean finish with mild effervescence.
