The distillery's tall copper pot stills produce a characteristically light, fruity new make, which is then matured first in traditional oak before a second maturation in first-fill American oak casks. That double-cask approach amplifies vanilla and toasted coconut while keeping the spirit approachable — honey and ripe pear on the nose, soft toffee on the palate, with a gentle, warm finish.
