Few Canadian whiskies arrive at cask strength after a multi-decade blend this complex: Found North's Goldfinch First Flight combines 15-to-22-year corn whisky with 20-year rye, two-thirds of which finished in Sauternes casks, with the remainder split between Cognac barrels and new American oak from Kelvin Cooperage.
