Fort Hamilton Distillery blends two straight bourbons at 46% ABV—70% corn, 25% rye, 5% malted barley from 100% New York-grown grain distilled at Taconic Distillery in Stanfordville, and 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley from MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Aged minimum three years in 53-gallon char level 3 barrels, this high-rye vatting shows cacao, cardamom, turmeric, and apricot-studded chocolate aromatics with green peppercorn, caramel corn, and orange zest on the palate. Never chill-filtered, Orthodox Union Certified Pareve Kosher, and NY Farm Distillery License eligible, Alex Clark's meticulously blended bourbon anchors on rye backbone for cocktailing while maintaining the distillery's grain-focused philosophy established to revive pre-Prohibition Northeast American whiskey traditions in Brooklyn's Industry City since 2016.
