Navarra's Sonsierra subzone is Graciano country — and Finca La Pared built their reputation around it, farming a single estate plot at 474 meters where diurnal swings preserve acidity against the region's Mediterranean heat. The vines are 20 years old, and the wine spent 12 months in French oak from the Vosges forest, which adds cedar and spice without obscuring the grape's natural tannic grip. In the glass: concentrated dark cherry, dried violet, fresh cracked pepper, and a finish with firm but integrated tannins and good length.
