Faust celebrates Napa Valley's noble Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Agustin Huneeus' organically farmed family vineyards in Rutherford and Coombsville—the valley's newest appellation in the eastern foothills south of Atlas Peak—alongside select mountain and valley lots from Yountville, Mount Veeder, St. Helena, and Atlas Peak. These diverse alluvial benchland and volcanic mountain soils ranging from gravelly loam to red volcanic ash express the complexity of Napa's varied terroirs, crafted at the state-of-the-art Quintessa winery in Rutherford.
