This 18-year single barrel is built on a 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley mashbill, aged in new charred oak through Kentucky's hard seasonal temperature swings — that wood cycling is what pushes the spirit through the stave repeatedly, concentrating flavor over nearly two decades. Each barrel is individually selected, dumped, and bottled at 90 proof with handwritten barrel and bottling details. Expect honey, dark chocolate, dried cherry, and maple syrup, with a long vanilla-oak finish.
