ELIJAH CRAIG BATCH NO. A126 BARREL PROOF KENTUCKY STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY

Heaven Hill's Elijah Craig label, named for the Baptist minister credited with pioneering bourbon aging in charred oak barrels, extends its barrel proof program to rye with this February 2026 release. Batch A126 draws from barrels aged 11 years and 11 months in Kentucky's temperature-swinging rickhouses, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 120.4 proof. Bright copper in the glass, it opens with baking spices and molasses, delivers stewed fruit, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the palate, and closes with a long, warm butterscotch finish loaded with rye spice.
