The Dry Riesling draws from vines on both Keuka and Seneca Lake estate vineyards, the oldest dating to 1958—the original plantings Dr. Konstantin Frank used to prove vinifera could survive upstate New York winters. Keuka's shallow, shale-based soils drive the wine's minerality and acidity, while the warmer Seneca site contributes riper fruit. New York Sustainable Winegrowing certified, the winery is now in its fourth generation under Meaghan Frank. Bone dry, the wine opens with honeyed apple, citrus blossom, and white peach, backed by a stony mineral finish and the bright, mouthwatering acidity that defines Finger Lakes Riesling.
